Abstracted paintings
Ans Duin’s abstract paintings often carry a deeper message, inspired by the emotions and experiences she has gone through in her own life. They reflect both happiness and sadness, but also the challenges such as illness, which have played a role in her personal journey. Her work as a casting director and owner of a modeling agency has brought her into contact with many different people and stories, which is also an important source of inspiration. This past, full of interaction and human contact, is subtly expressed in her abstract art, in which emotions such as joy, connectedness and melancholy come together. Her paintings are not only visually impressive, but also invite reflection and recognition of universal human experiences.
